Since our subscription services are sold through Paddle as the Merchant of Record, the actual processing time for refunds follows Paddle's relevant regulations. We will assist in processing your refund request as soon as possible after receiving it, but the specific time for the refund to appear in your account is subject to Paddle's processing procedures as the seller.

Special Circumstances
